Pre booking info
As Private Hire, it is illegal for our drivers to pick up anyone whos hasn't pre booked through the office, so under no circumstances will our drivers allow any passengers into the vehicles who are not pre booked. Hackney carriages are the only taxis who are permitted to pick up at the side of the road without pre booking.
